Diagnosed billing and reconciliation inefficiencies (backlog of > $1M in unpaid invoices from previous fiscal year) by digging into the mechanics to identify and resolve bottlenecks. Solutions from the investigation produced a comprehensive billing process document (celebrated and approved by the head of finance) to institute and maximize efficiency; adopted agency-wide.
