  • Advocated for emerging and influential publisher partners of the time (TED, TechCrunch, All Things D) to align Microsoft Cloud with the future and innovation.

  • Diagnosed billing and reconciliation inefficiencies (backlog of > $1M in unpaid invoices from previous fiscal year) by digging into the mechanics to identify and resolve bottlenecks. Solutions from the investigation produced a comprehensive billing process document (celebrated and approved by the head of finance) to institute and maximize efficiency; adopted agency-wide.

  • Supported Chief Innovation Officer on emerging media initiatives, including social media framework for Coca-Cola, and trialing new media opportunities for UM accounts at large.
